Muslims DONT worship Muhammad pbuh, we follow his and the other prophets' pbuh examples through their teachings and correct ways of life. We also try to keep in mind that the prophets were extraordinary men who did things that regular couldnt do. Ex: Muhammad pbuh marrying A'isha rah(that 9yr old's name) was meant for Muhammad pbuh and their marriage was allowed to happen by Allah/God.

That is not the adult rule like in Western sense but they HAVE to observe the duties of Muslim adults like hijab, prayer and fasting. Now as far marriage, the parents have to be reasonable. Moses pbuh is mentioned more in the Quran than Muhammad pbuh. And both of them are not "perfect" and they did get corrected by Allah/God from time to time.
