Mara: Who are you!!!!!! What did you do with Noel?! ???: I didn't do anything with her! (steps onto the porch so they can see who it is) Joe: Kevin? Nick: Why were you hiding in the bushes? Kevin: I heard something so I went out the back door to see what it was and then I found this. (he held up Noel's shoe) but I don't know where she's at. Sarah: Oh... my... Jonas... Kevin: (to Sarah) You're the girl who fainted, right? Sarah: (nods) Kevin: Are you okay now? Sarah: (shakes her head) Kevin: (sounding concerned) Is there anything I can do to help? Sarah: (quitely so only Kevin can hear her) Hold me... Kevin: Okay... (wraps his arms around Sarah) Joe: Awkward! Ali: NOEL IS MISSING AND ALL YOU GUYS CAN THINK ABOUT IS FLIRTING?!?!?!? Kevin: Sorry, I just thought it was the opportune moment. Nick: She's right. We should find that other girl... Noel wasn't it? Mara: Yeah. And I'm Mara. That's my sister Sarah and our friend Ali. Nick: Hi. So what are we gonna do? Joe: We could split up, Kevin with Sarah, Nick with Mara, me with Ali... Ali: (grabs Joe's hand) C'mon! Let's go! *With Joe and Ali* They walk to the alley behind the Jonases house. Ali: (holds Joe's hand tighter) This is really creepy... Joe: Nothing will hurt you, I promise. Ali: It's not me I'm worried about... Joe: Is Noel your sister? Ali: No, she's my best friend. And I owe her my life. Joe: Wow. Why? Ali: When I was ten I went to the beach with Noel. We were swimming and then I got caught in a rip tide. I didn't know what to do and neither did Noel. She swam after me because she could swim better than me. She held me above water until the coast guard came to rescue us. We were both in the hospital for a week from hypothermia. If she hadn't been there, I wouldn't be here. Joe: Wow... They walked down the alley in silence for a little while. *CRASH!* Joe: What was that?! Ali: I don't know, I can't see! Joe, I'm scared! Joe: I'm here... *With Nick and Mara* They went in the direction of the hotel. Nick: So you're Mara. Mara: Yeah. Nick: What if somebody tries to jump out and attack us? Mara: I would kick their butt cause I'm a blackbelt. Nick: That's cool. They walked into an open courtyard. Mara: One sec, I have to do something. (she turns around and kisses Nick)(they both pull away immediatly) Nick: Um... Mara: No. Nick: That wasn't right. Mara: Yeah. Friends? Nick: (smiles) Friends. Mara: Cool. They keep walking. Then they hear a car behind them, slowing down way more than it needed to. Mara: Uh... Nick, is it just me or is that car following us? Nick: Just keep walking. Turn the corner here. They turned and so did the car. Mara: Nick... Nick: Okay, on the count of three, run. One... two... three! They started running and when they did, the car sped up, making it obvious that it WAS following them. *With Kevin and Sarah* They went in the opposite direction of Nick and Mara. Sarah: If she's hurt it will be all my fault! Kevin: No it won't and she'll be fine. She may have just gone back to the hotel. Sarah: If she did, she wouldn't have left her shoe behind! Kevin: Shh, it's okay. (he puts his arm around Sarah's shoulder as they keep walking) Sarah: I'm the one who asked her to come and something bad has already happened! Kevin: (kisses her) Sarah: (looks up at him and feels all warm and fuzzy inside from the site of his hazel eyes and kisses him again) Kevin: We'll find her. Sarah: (looks ahead) Kevin? Kevin: What? Sarah: Is that Noel's shoe in that... K&S: GRAVEYARD!!!!! *WHAT MADE THAT CRASH BEHIND JOE AND ALI??? WHY IS A CAR FOLLOWING NICK AND MARA??? AND WHY IS NOEL'S SHOW IN THE GRAVEYARD????*
