Please contact Amnesty International on our behalf as Elkem is threatening to return me to custody if i don't remove these videos. this is just one of some actual videos of catastrophic possibilities with the unsafe handling of EXPLOSIVE materials, gases & chemicals that have been daily practice at ELKEM research & design in kristiansand, norway. this particular project is funded and overseen by ALCOA. Elkem is owned by ORKLA and they both substantially fund a norwegian THINK TANK called Fafo. A reseacher named Anne Britt Djuve has been made aware of most of the extremely dangerous safety violations. anne, a RESEARCHER with Fafo REFUSED to even pass the information up her chain of command. we're sure it has nothing to do with the fact that ORKLA & Elkem sit on the board of directors of Fafo. We have recorded testimony from witnesses of the 2005 Silicium "leak" which poisoned many workers. we'll present that soon. we also have secretely recorded meetings of elkem management actively suppressing evidence of worker's rights abuse as well as illegal abuses of the environment being suppressed from the norwegian people in direct violation of norwegian law. Elkem claims to have a "perfect" safety record for 3 years now. problems is that NOTHING gets reported to the norwegian government as folks are "quieted" very quickly. This Hydrogen & Oxygen Explosion near miss is an example of what happens when a U.S. company, ALCOA, writes a blank check to ELKEM Research & Development.
