Next day Lauren woke up and Joe was still asleep beside her. She didn't want to wake him up so she decided to scoot away. As she was trying to scoot away Joe woke up and smiled and pulled her to him again. "Well hey, I didn't mean to wake you up" Lauren said and Joe responded with a kiss, "So I'll take that as a 'its ok'" she laughed. Joe hears music playing softly from Nicks bunk and hushes Lauren. He hears Nick softly sing, "That I was being such a fool. That I didn't deserve you, dont wanna fall asleep cause I dont know if ill get up & I dont wanna cause a scene but im dyin without your love begging to hear your voice tell me you love me too cause I'd rather just be alone if I know that I cant have you" Joe looks at Lauren. They sit up quietly and listens closely to Nicks song. "Joe, That song is so sad...It's gonna make me cry if I keep listenin to it." (A.N THIS SONG DOES MAKE ME CRY BTW ITS CALLED 'CAN'T HAVE YOU' ITS A NEW SONG FROM THEIR ALBUM THAT COMES OUT AUGEST 20TH BUY IT PEOPLE!) Lauren looks at Joe but he was so into the song he didn't hear what she said. She sighed and decided to listen til Nick was done. Joe looked down at her he told her to pretend she was asleep and got up to talk to Nick. "Hey, I heard that song you just sang, dude it's awesome it almost brought me to tears." Joe said joking on the last part. "It's for Brooke..." Nick said softly. "She'll love it, When are you gonna play it for her?" Joe said climbing into his bunk. "I'm not sure yet...maybe this song will be one of those songs I write but never sing." Nick looked down "No dude, that song is awesome, here We can sing it together and decide if it sounds good." Joe said picking up the sheet of paper with the lyrics on it. Nick looks up and sighs. Joe starts to sing the first verse while Nick was playing guitar. Kevin starts to wake up hearing his brothers singing and thinks "Awesome Nick or Joe have written a new song." and he gets out of his bunk and walks over to Nicks bunk and climbs in. Kevin takes over the guitar and they all start to sing it. Tarra and Lauren get up and walk over to his bunk. They see the boys are so into the song they say nothing and just listen. It was awesome, their voices combined made it sound better then when Lauren and Joe heard just Nick sing it. Lauren gets an idea but waits to say anything til the boys are done. Tarra looks at them and has tears in her eyes "AWW guys that was such an awesome song, I smell the next biggest hit!" she said sniffleing. Nick smiles and said "I wrote it for Brooke, I had been working on it ever since you guys broke up with us the first time, But I stopped the night before last because I never thought that I would ever have to finish it cause I thought everything would work out with me and Brooke. And so last night when Kevin took her home I started to write on it again and I finnaly finished it." Nick looked down at the last part. "I HAVE AN IDEA!" Lauren said and everyone looked at her. "What?" Nick said "Well seeing as my birthday is in a erm...6 days? Im not sure honestly...anyway Nick I want you to play that song at my birthday party, You and Brooke will both be there. You won't even have to say who's it for. She'll know, beleive me Brooke knows everything." Lauren said looking at Nick with sympethitc/pleading eyes. "I'll think about it." Nick said and was thinking "Ill do it! I hope it will work." "Well I'm hungry" Joe said and gets up off of Nicks bed. He grabs Lauren's hand and walks into the kitchen. Tarra and Kevin follow behind them leavin Nick to his thoughts. "So how long are you guys staying?" Tarra says as she grabs a doughnut. "2 weeks." Joe said smiling. "Awesome!" Lauren said taken a bite out of Joe's doughtnut when he wasn't looking. He turns around and said "WHOA WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DOUGHNUT?" he looked shocked. "You bit it before you turned around silly" Lauren said taken another bite out of it. He smiles and says "you owe me some of your doughnut now!" "How bout I call you cute and we call it even" Lauren said laughing. "How bout a kiss instead" Joe said getting close to her. Kevin gets a grossed look on his face and gets up walking over to Tarra. He hears Tarra say under her breath "They will look so good married, I'm glad Joe is gonna purpose next week". Kevin gets a confused look on his face.
